Om is an Undergraduate Student in Computer Engineering at Veermata Jijabai Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has been selected in Google Summer of Code 2024 to work on the project Developing an Advanced Image Recognition Model for Bird Nest Detection in UAV Imagery. The primary objective of this project is to develop an advanced deep learning model capable of accurately detecting and classifying nests in UAV imagery, overcoming the limitations of conventional approaches.
